Back to the Basics for Improving Your Immune System

Many of you know someone who is sick right now. Even worse, there is a new virus on the loose - the coronavirus from China - has now been confirmed in the U.S.
​

I want to help keep out community safe, by letting you know preventative measures you should be aware of.


Start with the basics:
1. Eat a whole foods diet
2. Get plenty of rest
3. Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water
4. Move your body at least 20 minutes per day
5. Get Adjusted, it helps boost the immune system


To ensure your immune system is loaded with the nutrients it needs to fight off viruses you come in contact with, below is our list of supplements we recommend. You can pick them up in our office on your next visit.
